4. READ
Over the next few weeks, you will receive two books in the mail direct from the publishers. These books are intended to be used as ways to enter into the space and conversation of the Forum. Accompanying the books will be some guiding questions to focus your reading. While we know time is short, we hope you will read Resurrecting Excellence: Shaping Faithful Christian Ministry and God’s Potters: Pastoral Leadership and the Shaping of Congregations prior to the Forum.

5. GET READY!
About two weeks prior to the Forum, you will receive the conference workbook. In it will be the directory information and reflections submitted by each participant. Please plan to read through the information and think about who you would like to meet at the conference. There will be a message board at the registration desk to help you make those connections.
